The time is rapidly approaching when businesses will have to say goodbye to legacy telecoms technology such as ISDN. BT will be switching off ISDN for good in 2025, and technical support for this legacy technology is already starting to dwindle.
At the same time, more and more businesses are recognising the importance of allowing staff to work more flexibly. ISDN was developed at a time when most business activity took place at a single site, and it suited this model pretty well.
