Welcome Hosted Customers – Network Issue

We have been made aware by the supplier of our Welcome Hosted platform that some customers may be experiencing a problem with call quality (crackling on the line, calls fading out, etc). This is due to an interconnect issue with the network they are using. They are liaising with the network concerned as a matter of urgency to resolve this issue. In the meantime if you would like a divert to be applied to help you continue to receive your business calls please contact us (email@example.com or 01453 704820) and we will sort this for you.
Update 14.00pm: our supplier has made a change to the routing and early indications suggest this has resolved the issue. We are monitoring this and will provide more updates if required. If you are still experiencing issues we suggest rebooting your handset in the first instance, but if this does not resolve the issue then please contact us.
