ISO 9001: Welcome Telecom successfully retains accreditation!
We are delighted to advise that we have successfully retained our ISO 9001 once again!
We first decided to work towards achieving ISO 9001 certification back in 2011, and have successfully retained it ever since. A new version of the standard, ISO 9001:2015, was introduced last year and we were independently assessed against this new standard last month.
The ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates our dedication to a consistent high level of service. It indicates that everyone within Welcome Telecom is committed to quality management, through our focus on customer service, process management, management of non-conformances and regular internal audits. It also shows that we are never content to rest on our laurels, as our regular audits and reviews ensure that we are continually improving our working methods.
We are very proud of this achievement: it is testament to the high level of service we always strive to provide to our customers, as well as our commitment to continuous improvement.
