We are delighted to announce that our customers can now benefit from a new improved version of our online billing management platform, Webabillity Pro (also known as WebPro). This powerful tool gives customers access to view their invoices and reports, call details and other data online. Call data is added every working day, enabling customers to view call details on a near real time basis.
Through the WebPro portal, costs can be monitored and managed in a number of ways:
- Reports – a range of standard reports is available to enable analysis of information such as the most expensive destinations dialled
- Bill Breakdown – simply “drill down” on any part of the bill to find a complete analysis breakdown to individual call level
- Call Analysis – calls can be queried based on user defined information such as cost, duration, number dialled or time or day, to help spot misuse or certain patterns of usage
- Alerts – set up alerts so that emails are sent automatically should calls breach the thresholds which have been set: for example, individual calls costing over £5 or lasting over an hour
